Can I use any image for the custom puzzle?

We cannot print any trademarked or copyrighted work without permission. This includes company logos, sports teams logos, college logos, artists’ work that we do not feature on our website, etc. Please refrain from uploading anything that contains content that defames or vilifies any person, people, race, religion or religious group and/or is obscene, pornographic, indecent, harassing, threatening, harmful, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, inflammatory, or otherwise objectionable.

How long will it take for my puzzle(s) to ship?

Most orders are processed (printed, packed, and shipped) within 2 to 4 business days. If you choose a service that requires editing, it will add a few days to processing time. The rest depends upon what shipping option you selected. You can check the item’s page to see any delay notifications. Please let us know if you have any time constraints in the special instructions box when checking out. International orders can take anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks for delivery. Please note that there could be unforeseen delays, such as inclement weather. If something like this is to occur, we will be sure to notify our customers via Facebook, Twitter, and our email list. Make sure you are signed up for these notifications.

  • We ship in "business days". That is Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Shipping time is calculated from the initial shipping date. Not order date. Your shipping confirmation email will include a tracking number. Tracking numbers may not be active until the following business day.

What is the return policy?

At Puzzle Bucket, your satisfaction is our number one concern. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us at sales@puzzlebucket.com so we can review the issue, send you the information needed to return your order, or make it right.

Returns for reasons other than Puzzle Bucket error will be subject to a 50% return fee. We reserve the right to issue store credit (rather than a refund) for merchandise returned more than 60 days after it was ordered.

Shipping charges on the original order will be refunded if the entire order is returned, or if the return is necessary due to our error. We are unable to issue refunds for return shipping charges. Please allow ten days once we received your return for your refund to be processed. 

What is the cancellation policy?

Once we start production on a custom order, we cannot cancel it and the sale is final. If you want to cancel an order, please let us know right away. We sometimes can start working on an order the same day it is being placed.

Shipping Carriers - We ship orders through FEDEX or USPS. We reserve the right to choose between the carriers based on delivery time and location. We will get the package out the door quickly but cannot account for any delays the carriers might have.

APO/FPO/DPO - address do count as Domestic Addresses. 

Delivery Days: Please note due to the Covid19 pandemic, shipping times may be a bit longer than normal due to the extra safety protocols, and short staffing the carriers are experiencing. Sorry for any delays due to that. Please keep safe out there and help each other out. 

  • Expedited Shipping: Packages are typically shipped FEDEX and normally will arrive within 5 business days for Domestic orders.
  • Free Shipping: Carrier and method are at our discretion. Time frame is typically in line with either of the above. 
  • Standard Shipping: Carrier and method are at our discretion. Packages will get to you usually 5-10 days after shipment for domestic orders.
  • APO/FPO/DPO: Due to the nature of the Mil Post system some bases may take up to 2 to 5 weeks for orders to arrive. 

Shipping Confirmation with Tracking - We will always email you when your order ships with a tracking number included.

Do you offer international shipping?

We do NOT currently ship outside of the United States.

Can I track my order?

You will receive an email that includes tracking information once your order has been produced and is ready to ship. The tracking number may not become live until the next business day after shipping.
